Lee Cockerell is the former Executive Vice President of Operations for the Walt Disney World® Resort. As the Senior Operating Executive for ten years Lee led a team of 40,000 Cast Members and was responsible for the operations of 20 resort hotels, 4 theme parks, 2 water parks, a shopping & entertainment village and the ESPN sports and recreation complex in addition to the ancillary operations which supported the number one vacation destination in the world.
Having completed the courses Time Management Magic and Career Magic, I feel more equipped to be a Leader. Lee shares authentic stories of his career that I find to be related regardless of background or field of study. As a wife, busy mother of two young boys and a female who is overly passionate about my role as a Leader, The Cockerell Academy’s ease of learning through short clips, which can be listened to during a car ride to pick up my children, allows me to complete the courses without feeling overwhelmed.
